Find time for you!
Relaxing when pregnant can be a little difficult at times, especially if this isn't your first child. But taking some dedicated time out to focus on you and your baby is really important - even setting aside a specific evening during the week just to take some you time.
A really easy relaxation technique is to get into a position that feels comfortable, shut your eyes with your hands on your bump and breathe in through your nose slowly for a count of five and breathe out through your mouth slowly for a count of five.
Do it for as long or as little as you want but the main thing here is to focus on your breathing.
Babies tend to move more when you are relaxed, so enjoy this time thinking about and feeling your little human!
